DISTRICT CONCERNING CRILL BASIN AND AUTHORIZ-

WHEREAS, the City of lFinaheim, the Orange County Water
District and Russell S. Cle-ary entered into various agreements on
August 13, 1968, pertaining to recreational use of real property
comrnonitr known as the Crib_ Basin; and
W.-iEP,EAS, the said agreements have now -become executory;
and
WHEREAS, certain obligations arising from said agree-
rients remain_ unsatisfied after said agreements have become execu-
tory; and
WHEREAS, the CittT of Anaheim desires to resolve any
oblieTations it matv have from said agreements, - the City now wishes
to convey, transfer and' - qui tclair:: to the District any right, title
