AUTHORITY SPECIAL MEETING
OF MARCH 23, 2010
The Anaheim Industrial Development Authority met in special session.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle and Authority Members: Lorri Galloway, Bob Hernandez,
Lucille Kring and Harry Sidhu.
Staff Present: City Manager Tom Wood, City Attorney Cristina Talley, and Acting Secretary
Theresa Bass.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Industrial Development Authority was
posted on March 19, 2010 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
At 5:07 P.M., Chairman Pringle called the special meeting of the Anaheim Industrial Develop-
ment Authority to order in a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council,
Housing Authority, and Redevelopment Agency.

PUBLIC COMMENTS: No remarks offered during the joint public comment session related to
the Anaheim Industrial Development Authority.
AGENDA ITEM:
7. RESOLUTION NO. IDA 2010 -001 A RESOLUTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL
IDA183 DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ANAHEIM approving the application of Northgate
Gonzalez, LLC, a limited liability company, and expressing preliminary intent to provide
financing, in an amount not to exceed $20,000,000, for the acquisition of certain property
and equipment, and authorizing various actions in connection therewith.
At 5:24 P.M., Authority Member Sidhu moved to approve RESOLUTION IDA 2010 -001 OF THE
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY approving application of Northgate Gonzales, LLC,
and expressing intent to provide financing not to exceed $20 million for acquisition of certain
property and equipment and authorizing various actions in connection, seconded by Authority
Member Galloway. Roll Call Vote: Ayes — 5: Chairman Pringle and Council Members:
Galloway, Hernandez, Kring and Sidhu. Noes — 0. Motion Carried.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairman Pringle adjourned the special meeting of the
Anaheim Industrial Development Authority at 5:25 P.M.
