A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA 2010 - 00184)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare
its intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets
and Highways Code); to -wit:
The abandonment of that certain real property located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as an
easement for road and public utility purposes over the southerly five
(5) feet of Lot 21 of Tract No. 2725 as per Grant Deed recorded in
Book 4853, Page 588 of Official Records in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County, as shown in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto
and incorporated herein by this reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation
will be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard,
in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim
Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on July 20, 2010.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of June , 2010, by the following roll -call vote:
AYES: Mayor Pringle, Council Members Sidhu, Hernandez, Galloway, Kring
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
