A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AND WOLLACK, WAIBEL & ASSOCIATES,
INC*, RELATING TO C014SULTING SERVICES FOR
PERSONNEL SELECTION AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
THEREOF BY THE CITY PERSONNEL DIRECTOR.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim requires the services
of consultants with special knowledge and expertise in the
area of personnel administration and employee selection to
provide consultation concerning the development of selection
devices for entry-level law enforcement officers; and
WHEREAS, Wollack, Waibel & Associates, Inc., are
qualified and are willing to provide said specialized services
in selection research concerning the development and valida-
tion of selection devices for entry-level law enforcement
officers; and
WHEREAS, a form of agreement has been submitted to
the City Council by Wollack, Waib le & Associates, Inc.,
providing for said consulting services concerning the develop-
ment of selection devices for entry-level law enforcement
officer; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be for
the benefit and in the best interests of the City of Anaheim
to approve the proposed Agreement with Wollack Waibel &
Associates, Inc., providing for said consulting services and
that the same should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Agreement this day submitted to
the City Council to be made and entered into between the City
of Anaheim and Wollack, Waibel & Associates, Ire., providing
for personnel selection consulting services upon the terms and
conditions set forth in said Agreement be, and -the same is
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Personnel
Director be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to enter
into and execute said Agreement between the City of Anaheim and
Wollack, Waibel & Associates, Inc., for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
