A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CER-
TAIN OFFERS OF DEDICATION
WHEREAS, that certain map of Tract 12996 (hereinafter
Tract) was heretofore approved by the City of Anaheim and
recorded in Book 624, Pages 19 through 24 of maps as Instrument
No. 89-037225 in the Office of the County Recorder of the County
of Orange; and
WHEREAS, certain interests in property and physical
improvements were shown on Tract and offered to the City of
Anaheim for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has determined
that the facilities hereinafter accepted by this resolution have
been constructed and are in operable condition acceptable to the
' City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby find and determine it is in the best interests of the City
of Anaheim to accept the property and physical improvements
hereinafter set forth.
NOW THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the following properties and physical
improvements shown on the map of Tract No. 12996 be, and they are
hereby, accepted:
1.) Weir Canyon Road, Serrano Avenue, Canyon Vista
Drive, Canyon Creek Road and Monte Vista Road.
2.) the domestic water system and appurtenances.
3.) the public storm drain and appurtenances.
4.) the sanitary sewer system and appurtenances.
5.) the electric facilities and appurtenances.
6.) the electrical easement including ingress and
egress.
7.) the storm drain system including ingress and
egress.
8.) Lot 2 in fee simple.
Unless specifically accepted by this resolution, nothing on said
map shall be deemed to have been accepted by the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this day March ~ 1999•
