A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 98R-13 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS CONFIDENTIAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
March 16, 1999, that Resolution No. 98R-13 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth
effective March 19, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 98R-13 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Confidential.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that, Section 1 of Resolution No. 98R-13 be amended by adding the following classification:
1. That, effective March 19, 1999 through December 9, 1999, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now
employed or will in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated
to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

2. That, effective December 10, 1999, the basic compensation plan for all officers
and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed
in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is March 19,
1999.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No.
98R-13 shall remain in full force and effect.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 23rd day of March, 1999.
