A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM VACATING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
LOCATED AT 366 PERALTA HILLS DRIVE PURSUANT TO
CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAY CODE SECTION
8330, ET SEQ. - SUMMARY VACATION. (Abandonment No.
ABA 2009 - 00203)
WHEREAS, an applicant has requested the vacation of an easement for public utility
purposes located at 366 Peralta Hills Drive, Anaheim, California, in order to clear title to the land
for development of a new single family residence; and
WHEREAS, the public utility easement to be vacated is not necessary for present or
prospective public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the easement to be vacated is superseded byrelocation ofpublic utilities
and there are no other public facilities located within the easement; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby order vacation of an easement for public utility purposes, as set forth in a
Grant of Easement recorded in Book 3948, Page 524 of Official Records, Orange County, State of
California and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby authorized
and directed, to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of the County of Orange.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that from and after the date the certified copy of this
Resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange, the vacation shall be
complete and the public service easement vacated shall no longer constitute a public service
easement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 20th day of July , 2010, by the following roll call vote:

In the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, being all of that land
described in Book 3948, page 524 of Official Records of said County as follows:
A strip of land 6 feet in width lying within that portion of Lot 7 of Tract No. 58,
Peralta Hills Tract No. 1 as shown on a map recorded in Book 10, page 6 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said County of Orange, said portion being
described in a deed to Harvey Leichtfuss and Nell Leichtfuss recorded on March
21, 1957 as Document No. 37538 in Book 3845, page 68 of Official Records,
records of said County, the centerline of said strip being described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of said Grantors property, distant
Westerly 500 feet from the Easterly line of said Lot 7; thence South 1 °30' West
100 feet.
