OF ANAH: IM DECLARING ITS WITENTION TO VACATE

,RT! R:- AS , the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
elected to proceed under the provisions of the Public Service
I.asement Vacation Law, Title 5, Division 1, Part 1, Chapter 2,
.�zrticle 5 of the Government Code (Sec. 50430 et seq.) in con-
nection vith a request to vacate and abandon an existing public
utility easement located at the southeast corner of Coronet and
lK not Streets, inthe City of n.aheim, and more particularly
hereinafter described,
NOW, TH3%IJFOR76, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
t'ie City of Anaheim that it hereby declares its .intention to
vacate, abandon and close to public use said public utility
easement located at the southeast corner of Coronet and Minot
Streets, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
That certain. 5 -foot wide public utility easement
located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of. California, to be abandoned, described as
follows:
The easterly 5 feet of Lot 48 in Tract No. 2287,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 66, pages 28
through 30, inclusive, Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County,
and it elects to proceed under the provisions of the Public
Service :easement Vacation Law, Title 5, ?division 1, Part 1,
Chapter 2. Article 5 of the Government Code. (Sec. 50430 et seq.
B:� IT FURTHER IU;SOLVED that a time and place for hear-
ing all. persons interested in or obi ecting to the proposed
vacation and abandonment has been fixed on the 28th day of
October , 19752 at 2:30 o'c.lock P.M. in the Council Cham-
ber er int a City Hall in the Cite of Anaheim.
a41tD BAIL IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the
salve to be published in a manner prescribed by law in the
naheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
