A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE COMPENSATION IN
THE AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 12, 1973, WITH
R. W. BECK AND ASSOCIATES TO BE INCREASED BY
$159000.00 TO AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$120,000.00.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim entered into an
agreement dated June 12, 1973, for certain engineering and
analytical advice and expertise with Re W. Beck and
Associates; and
WHEREAS; the City desires R.. W. Beck and =Associates
to furnish additional services for which compensation May
be provided by increasing said agreement by. -$15,000..00 to' an
amount not to exceed $120,000.00; and Q
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City
to authorize said increase for such services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the compensation in that certain
agreement dated June 12, 1973, with R. W. Beck and Associates
be increased by $15000.00 to an amount not to exceed
$1202000.00.
