1ftft' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REQUESTING THE COUNTY OF ORANGE TO
INCREASE THE ALLOCATION WITHIN THE ARTERIAL
HIGHWAY FINANCING PROGRAM FOR THE ORANGE AVENUE
STREET IMPROVEMENT, A.H.F,P. NO. 624.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to improve Orange
Avenue from Beach Boulevard to West City Limits; and
WHEREAS, Orange Avenue is an important artery in the
County of orange and of general County interest; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that an additional
allocation of County Arterial Highway Funds in the amount of
$181003.97 is necessary to proceed with said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim hereby requests the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Orange to increase the allocation to said
City from County Funds by the amount of $18,003.97, said amount
to be matched by funds From said City, to be used to aid said
City in the improvement of Orange Avenue from Beach Boulevard
to West City Limits,
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 30th day of September, 1975.
