MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREE-
MEWT FOR THE CITY SF XT4AHEIM.
T^RIEREAS , from time to time, City, during the year, re-
quires the microfilming of various documents related to City gov-
ernment; and
WHEREAS, Orco Microfilming Service is in the business of
providina microfilming service of the type and quality needed by
City and, in fact, has in Past years provided the kind, aualit-,%
and level sufficient to r�.eet the City's needs; and
T,t?I.ER,EAS , an agreement between Orco Microfilming Service,
Inc. and the City has this day been submitted, the terms and con-
ditions thereof are satisfactory to the City.
NOTWI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the -certain agreement between Orco Micro-
filming Service and the City of Anaheim this day submitted be, and
the same is hereby, approved.,
BE IT FURTHER RFSOLtED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said agreement for the City of Anaheim.
