A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY. OF
ANAHEIM AND ROBERT H. GRANT CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, Robert H. Grant Corporation has
constructed. Tract 7568 in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS pursuant to the conditions of approval
of said Tract 756, Robert H. Grant Corporation agreed. to
furnish an easement traversing Lot 27 in said tract; and
WHEREAS, Robert H. Grant Corp'orati-on has this
day submitted an easement agreement to provide for the
maintenance of said easement, the terms and conditions
whereof are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said
easement agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
C ounti 1 of the City of Anaheim that that easement agreement
by and between the Robert H. Grant Corporation and the City
of Anaheim this day submitted be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City -
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 23rd day of September 1975,
