A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A DEED OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR A TRASH DISPOSAL SITE AND AUTH-
ORIZING

ORIZING PAYMENT THEREFOR.
(Ball Road at Eaton)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofor by Resolution No. 75R-418 authorized the purchase from
E. O. and Phyllis M. Rodeffer at a total cost of $194,065.00 of
approximately ten (10) acres more or less for a trash disposal
site; and
WHEREAS, E, 0, and Phyllis M. Podef f er have tendered to
the City a deed to said property covering 10.629 gross acres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby accept,
said deed tendered by E. O. and Phyllis M. Rodeffer covering 10.629
gross acres of land at Ball Road and Eaton Way for a trash dispo-
sal site.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue a City elarrant
in the amount of $194,065.00 made payable to E. O. and Phyllis M
Rodeffer and delivered to the City Attorney's Office for trans-
mittal; said Warrant to be charged to Account No. 500-421-901-07,
