A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA2005-00116)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the Public
Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways
Code); to wit,
That portion of an electrical utility easement for the installation and
maintenance of electrical pole lines and related facilities, as set forth in a
Grant of Easement to the Southern California Edison Company,
recorded in Book 1945 Page 271 of Official Records, lying within the
boundaries of Lot 31 of Tract 14641, and subsequently acquired by the
City of Anaheim as part of a condemnation and related land use
entitlements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will be heard
at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the
Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard,
