A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM M.mNDING RESOLUTION NO. 75R-474
ESTABLISHING THE DRAINAGE FEES IN PERALTA
HILLS AND UPSTRE~i AP~AS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 75R-474, the City
Council did adopt drainage fees for Areas 1 and 2 of Districts
36 and 37 of the City of Anaheim 11aster Plan of Drainage; and
WHEREAS, as the City Council does desire to amend
said Resolution by reducing the amount of drainage fees imposed
in said Areas and Districts.
NOvl, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 75R-474 be, and the same
is hereby, amended by reducing the drainage fees imposed thereby
to "$1,450.00 per acre in the Peralta Hills area and $3,625.00 in
all other areas of Districts 36 &ld 37.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, except as herein expressly
amended, Resolution No. 75R-474 shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 16th day of Septenmer, 1975.
