A HESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BE~vEEN THE ORANGE COUNTY CID\PTER OF THE
~mRICAN RED CROSS AND THE CITY PERTAINING
TO NI1TURAL DISASTERS AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREl~MENT .
wHEREAS, there exists no formal operating agreement
bet\'leen the Orange County Chapter o~ the American Red Cross
and the City of Anaheim; and
