RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 486
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY,
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND Cr'TY CLERK
TO EXECUTE AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE EASEMEN~ AND
AUTHORIZll~G PAYMENT THEREFOR. (S,outhern "P'ac1t1c
Santa Ana Branch at MP 507.16)
WHEREAS"the City of Anaheim has requested that
Southern Pacific Transportation Company grant an easement
to the Oi ty" for installation of an overhead powe'r line
crossing over the Santa Ana B:ranch Line at MP' 507.16; and
WHEREAS ~ the Southern Pacific Transp"ortati'on
Company has submitted to the City of Anahelm an agreement
granting said easement, the terms of which are sat1',afactory
to the City of Anaheim; and
vmEREAS~ the compensation sought for said easement
in th,e amount of One Hundred and F1fty Dollars ($,150 ~"OO), is
fair and reasonable.
NOW ~ THEREFORE ~ BE IT RESOLVED by the 01 ty' Co'unc!1
of the City of Anahe"1m that th'e Mayor and City' Clerk be',' and
they are 'hereby, authorized to ex"ecute on behalf of the" C1'ty"
of Anaheim that certa1n Easement Agreement submitted by the
Southern Pacific T~ansportation Company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance "Director be,
and he is hereby, auth"()r1zed and directed to draw a warrant "in
favor of Southern Pacific Transportation Company in the amount
of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00), and that the" 'same
be forwarded to the Office of the City Attorney for transmittal
to the Southern Pacific T:ransportation Company.
