COMPENSATION DEPOSIT AGREEMENT wITH
GLENDALE FEDERl~ SAVINGS J~ LOAN ASSOCIA-

ilHEF..EAS, on l\ugust 12, 1975, the City Council passed
~esolution No. 75R-431 approving and authorizing the City
Treasurer to execute the Deferred Compensation Deposit P~ree-
ment with Glendale Federal Savings and Loan Association which
\Vas attached thereto as I~xhibit ~'Bn; and
\VHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error,
Paragraph 13 of said Deferred Compensation Deposit Agreement
w5th Glendale Federal Savi.n.gs and Loan Association indicated
that the '1Ci.ty of .A,naheim deposit account is secured by FDIC
in the amount af $1:10,0QrJ."; and
WHER~AS, the City Council finds and determines that
said Para~~~raph 13 of said Deferred Compensation Deposit Agree-
n1ent ~Ji th Glendale Federal Savirlgs a.nd Loan Association should
be corrected to read that the deity of i\naheim deposit account
J_S secured by Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation

l'lO.W, Tl-IEREFOltE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City or Anaheim that it amend and it does hezeby amend
Resolution No. 75R-431, nunc pro tunc, by correcting said
.~aragraph 13 of said Deferred Compensation Deposit Agreement
with Glendale Federal Savines and Loan Association to read
as follovJ~:

Corporation in the amount of $100,000.u
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer be,
and he is hereby authorized to execute said Deferred Compensa-
tion Deposit i~greemen.t with Glenda.le Federal Savings and Loan
Associ~tion as corrected.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent
amertded by this H.esolution, Resolution No. 75R-43l shall remain
unchan~ec1 and i.n full force a.nd effect.
