RESOLUTION NO. 75R-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH NORTHROP SERVICES, INC.
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of resident
professional services under the California Innovation Group;Program;
and
\lHEREAS, Northrop Services, Inc., a subsidiary of
Northrop Corporation, is qualified to render such resident pro-
fessional services and desires to be employed for such purpose;
and
~iHER.!:~S, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agree-
ment employing Northrop Services, Inc. to perform resident
professional services be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FTJRTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
