RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 480
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
MENT OF THAT PORTION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY DE-
SCRIBED HEREIN.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
on the 19th day of August, 1975, by Resolution No. 75R-451, in
connection w"ith a request for vacation and abandonment of cer-
tain easements for road and public utilities known as Lots A.,
B. and C. in Tract No. 3825, located north of Wagner Street,
east of Sunkist Street, in the City of Anaheim, more fully here-
inafter described, subject to reserving therefrom unto Pacific
Telephone Company a five-foot public utility easement, set the
9th day of September, 1975, at 2:30 o'clock P. M. for a public
hearing thereon; and
WHEREAS, on said 9th day of September, 1975, at 2:30
o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City
of Anaheim, said public hearing was held; and
WHER&\S, the City Council finds from the evidence sub-
mitted at said public hearing that certain easements for road
and public utilities known as Lots A., B. and C. in Tract No.
3825, located north of Wagner Street, east of Sunkist Street,
in the City of Anaheim, as they may relate to the property de-
scribed herein are unnecessary for present or prospective pub-
lic utility purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim:
1. That it finds that said public hearing was properly
held and that all notices were given and publica-
tions made as required by law.
2. That those portions of the real property toward
which a reauest for vacation and abandonment was

directed are not necessary for present or prospec-
tive public utility purposes and does hereby order
that said portions, as herein set forth, be and
they are hereby vacated, abandoned and closed to
public use, subject to reserving therefrom unto
the Pacific Telephone Company a five-foot public
utility easement.
3. That said portions of real property herein ordered
vacated, abandoned and closed to public use are
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, and are more particularly de-
scribed as follows, to wit:
Those certain parcels of land dedicated for tem-
porary access to Tract No. 3825, located in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be abandoned, described as follows:
Reserving therefrom unto the Pacific Telephone
Co. an easement over, under, along and across
the southerly 5 feet of Lot A. to construct,
place, operate, inspect, maintain, repair, re-
place, and remove such aerial and underground
telephone, telegraph and communication structures
as the company may from time to time require,
consisting of poles, anchors,. wires, cables,
conduits, manholes, markers and necessary fix-
tures and appurtenances.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,
and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified
copy of this Resolution and Order, attested by her under the
seal of the City of Anaheim, to be recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
