A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM Ar~NDING RESOLUTION NO. 75R-469
IN CONNECTION WITH INCREASED CHARGES FOR WATER
MAIN EXTENSIONS, WATER SERVICE CONNECTIONS AND
PUBLIC FIRE HYDRANT INSTALLATIONS BY CHANGING
THE EFFECTIVE DATE TO OCTOBER 15, 1975.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City ot Anaheim
approved certain rate amendments for water main extensions,
water service connections and public fire hydrant installa-
tions by Resolution No. 75R-469 dated September 2, 1975; and
WHEREAS, said resolution provided that the
effect1 ve date for such rate amendments be errec"t1 ve "as ot
September 15, 1975; and
l~EREAS, the City Council desires to change said
effective date to October 15, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
ot the City ot Anaheim that Resolution No. 75R-469 in
connection with amending water main extensions, service
connections and public fire hydrant installations and tees
therefor is hereby amended by changing the effective date of
the fees, rules and regulations adopted thereby to October 15,
1975.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Water Rates, Rules
and Regulations adopted by Resolution No. 72R-6bo and amended
by Resolutions Nos. 73R-255, 73R-387, 73R-532, 74R-433,
75R-3l5 and 75R-469 be~ and the same are hereby. amended as
tallows, to wit:
