A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74R-235,
DELETING CONDITION NO. 11 OF RECLASSIFICATION
NO. 73-74-36, PERTAINING TO ZONING.
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of May, 1974, the City Council
did pass its Resolution No. 74R-235 granting Reclassification No.
73-74-36 subject to certain conditions therein stated; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the applicant and the Ci ty
Council to amend'said Re'solution No. 74R-2'35 by deleting Condition
No. 11 thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Ci ty Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City to delete Condition No. 11.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 74R-235 'be, and it is,
amended by deleting Condition 11.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent herein
amended, said Resolution No. 74R-235 shall remain in full force
and effect.
