R~SOLUTION NO. 75R-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE EMPLOY-
MENT OF ROSS DAVIS, AN INDIVIDUAL.
l~HEREAS, the Parl(s, l~ecreation and the Arts Depart-
ment of the City of l\,naheim is in need of the services of a
Host; and
~,'JHEREAS, Ross Davis, an. individual, is qualified
to perform the services of Host.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute the
8sreement for the temporary employment of Ross Davis as
Host in accordance with the terms and conditions of that
certain agreement submitted herewith.
