RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 466
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE NORTH ORANGE COUNTY
REGIONAL OCCUPATIONAL PROGRAM RELATING "TO A
PRESCHOOL ASSISTANT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to provide
Preschool Assistant work experience for its" residents
through the establishment of a Preschool Assistant Program;
and
WHEREAS, 'the City of Anaheim requires the services'
of an agency with special knowledge and experience in the
operation of Preschool Assistant" Programs; and
WHEREAS, the North Orange County R~gional
Occupational Program has demonstrated expertise in th"e
operation of Preschool Assistant Programs and is willing to
furnish such specialized personnel, material and equipment
as is required to operate said Preschool Assistant Program;
and
WHEREAS, the North Orange County Regional
Occupational Program has submitted to the City', a form of
Agreement providing for the furniShing of specialized
personnel, material and equipment to operate a Preschool
Assistant Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be
for the benefit and in the best interests of the City to
approve the proposed Agreement between the City or Anaheim
and the North Orange County Regional Occupational Program,
and that the same should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that said ~greement this day submitted
to the City Council to be made and entered into between the .
City of Anaheim and the North Orange County Regional
Occupational Program providing for the furnishing of specialized
personnel, material and equipment required to operate a Pres'chool
Assistant Program upon the terms and conditions and for the
compensation set forth in said Agreement, be, and the same 1s
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and 7~ ned by
