A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM VACATING AN
IRREVOCABLE OFFER FOR DEDICATION IN
FEE FOR PUBLIC PARK PURPOSES PURSUANT
TO CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAYS
CODE SECTION 8330, ET. SEQ. - SUMMARY
VACATION
WHEREAS, an applicant has recorded a lot line adjustment that altered the
property lines of the lot dedicated for park purposes and requested the vacation of that certain
Irrevocable Offer for Dedication in Fee for public park purposes generally located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as more particularly described below
"Irrevocable Offer for Dedication in Fee", in conjunction with the development known as
"Lennar A -Town," and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim ("City of Anaheim") received the Irrevocable
Offer for Dedication in Fee for public park purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Irrevocable Offer for Dedication in Fee to be vacated is described
as Lot B real property Lot B of Tract Map No. 17703 recorded in Book 957, Pages 6 through 15,
inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps of Official Records, in the Office of the County Recorders of
Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of the Irrevocable Offer for Dedication in Fee excess
per Government Code Section 66477.2 and according to California Streets and Highways Code
Section 8330 et. Seq., as the City of Anaheim has been granted a larger lot in replacement of the
Irrevocable Offer of Dedication in Fee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim
hereby order the vacation pursuant to the requirements of the California Streets and Highways
Code, Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by this Resolution
shall not be effective until a certified copy of this Resolution is recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of the County of Orange, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and is hereby, authorized
and directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of the County of Orange, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that from and after the date the certified copy
of this Resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange, the
vacation of the Irrevocable Offer for Dedication in Fee for public park purposes shall be
complete.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim this 7 day of March , 2023, by the following roll call vote:

Leon, Kurtz, Faessel and Meeks
