RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 464.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A SECOND AMENDME"NT TO AGREEMENT WITH NORTH .
ORANGE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT
PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF THE TERM THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and North Orange
. County Community COllege District entered into an Agreement
to make available training and work experience in housing
repair and maintenance to residents of the City and of the
District; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to
amend said Agreeme.nt to provide for changing the term
thereof to July 1, 1975 through December 31, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of a Second Amendment to Agreement between the
City ot Anaheim and the North Orange County Community College
District, dated March 25, 1975, providing for amendment ot
the term thereof to July, 1, 1975 through December 31, 1975
be, and the same is~ hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Second Amendment
to Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 2nd day of SePtember, 1975.
