6010ORDINANCE NO. 6010 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING (RECLASSIFICATION NO. 2005-00166). THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, following a duly noticed public hearing held on September 19, 2005, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 18.60 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, the Anaheim Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution No. PC2005-136 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made to reclassify the subject property, as described below, into the PR (PTMU) (Public Recreational - Platinum Triangle Mixed -Use Overlay) Zone; and WHEREAS, the owner of the property located at 1621 South Douglass Road has requested that the City finalize reclassification of the subject property from the T (PTMU) (Transition - Platinum Triangle Mixed -Use Overlay) Zone and I (PTMU) (Industrial - Platinum Triangle Mixed -Use Overlay) to the PR (PTMU) (Public Recreational - Platinum Triangle Mixed - Use Overlay) Zone of the City of Anaheim; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by rezoning and reclassifying the subject properties situated in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: THAT PORTION OF LOT 4 OF THE TRAVIS TRACT, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 5, PAGE 120 OF MISCELLANEOUS RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE CENTERLINE OF DOUGLASS ROAD, 40.00 FEET WIDE DISTANT ALONG SAID CENTERLINE NORTH 00 33' 45" WEST 85.00 FEET FROM THE INTERSECTION OF SAID CENTERLINE WITH THE CENTERLINE OF KATELLA AVENUE FORMERLY STRUCK AVENUE, AS DESCRIBED IN DEED TO ORANGE COUNTY, RECORDED IN BOOK 611, PAGE 11 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY AND SAID DOUGLASS ROAD AS DESCRIBED IN DEED IN BOOK 682, PAGE 109 OF DEEDS, RECORDS OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY; THENCE NORTH 89' 26' 15" WEST 40.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 51 ° 07' 19" WEST 38.32 FEET TO A LINE PARALLEL WITH AND DISTANT NORTHERLY 60.00 FEET, MEASURED AS RIGHT ANGLES, FROM SAID CENTERLINE OF KATELLA AVENUE, THENCE ALONG SAID PARALLEL FL LINE NORTH 880 53' 52" WEST 445.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 35° 18' 47" WEST 75.80 FEET THENCE NORTH 10 29' 28" EAST 479.87 FEET; THENCE NORTH 140 15'43"" EAST 101.79 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88° 53' 52" EAST PARALLEL FL WITH SAID CENTERLINE OF KATELLA AVENUE 527.13 FEET TO SAID CENTERLINE OF DOUGLASS ROAD; THENCE SOUTH 00 33' 45" WEST ALONG SAID CENTERLINE OF DOUGLASS ROAD, 615.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the above- described properties shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3.
