1975-451 ----. .~ RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 451 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE- AND ABANDON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND FIXING A DATE FOR HEARING THEREON. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has elected to proceed under the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1971, in connection with a request for vacation and abandonment of Lots A., B. and C. in Tract No. 3825, located north of Wagner Street, east of Sunkist Street, in the City of Anaheim, and more fully hereinafter described, subject to re- serving therefrom unto Pacific Telephone Company a five-foot public utility easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that it hereby declares its intention to va- cate, abandon and close to public use Lots A., B. and C. in Tract No. 3825, located north of Wagner Street, east of Sunkist Street, in the City of Anaheim, as they may relate to the follow- ing described property: "Those certain parcels of land dedicated for temporary access to Tract No. 3825, located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be abandoned, described as follows: Lots A., B. and C. in Tract No. 3825, as shown on a map recorded in Book 147, pages 7 and 8, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County. Reserving therefrom unto the Facific Telephone Co. an easement over, under, along and across the southerly 5 feet of Lot A to construct, place, operate, inspect, maintain, repair, replace, and remove such aerial and underground telephone, telegraph and communication structures as the company may from time to time requiret consisting of poles, anchors, wires, cables, conduits, manholes, markers and necessary fixtures and appurten- ances. -, and it elects to proceed under the provisions of.the Street Vacation Act of 1971, subject to the reservation hereinabove set forth. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a time and place for hear- ing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vaca- tion and abandonment has been fixed on the 9th day of September , 1975, at 2:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Anaheim. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be published in a manner prescribed by law in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
