RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 444
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anahelm
is desirous of acquiring the hereinafter described re~l
property for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has entered
into a Purchase Agreement in connection the"rewi'th;' and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is tor the benefit and.. best tnte'rest of the
City of Anaheim to' accept a Grant "Deed called tor in said
Purchase Agreement for said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of' the 01 ty of Anaheim that 1 t accept, and it does he'reby
accept, that certain Grant Deed from Dorothy A. Clark to
which reference has heretofore been made conveying to the
City of Anaheim that certain real property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, and State of California,
more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a concrete monument "delineated as
"SSA #37" on that "certain boundary line as ~greed
upon by S. Kraemer and L. M. Kirby, as shown on a
map filed in Book 18, page 46, Record of Surveys,
in the' office of the County Rec'order of said Orange
County; thence N 460 54' 30" E, 66.00 feet; thence
S 280 49' 30" E, 627.82 feet; thence S 00. 55' 00", W,
372.39 feet to a point in the centerline of Santa
Ana Canyon Road; thence S 810 03' lSn W, 11.53 teet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave ,south-
easte,rly and having a radius ot 600.00 teet; thence
Southwesterly along said curve through a central
angle ot 100 12' 26", an arc distance of 106.89 feet;
thence N 270 02' 30" W, 958.14 feet to the inte'r-
section with the above mentioned "boundary line";
thence N 670 54' 30" E, along said line 212~OO feet
to the pOint of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby, authorized and direc.ted to cause' the f'or~go1p.g
Grant Deed to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder
of Orange County.
