RESOLUTION NO. 75R- . 443 - .
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
is desirous of acquiring the hereinafter described real
property for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has ente~ed
into a Purchase Agreement in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest' of the
City of Anaheim to accept a Grant Deed called tor in sa1d
Purchase Agreement for said real property.

NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby
accept~ that certain Grant Deed from James G. Wilder, Trust'ee,
to which reference has heretofore been made conveying to the
City of Anaheim that certain real property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, and State of Ca1iforn1a~,
more particularly described as follows, to wit:
A parcel of land in the Juan Yorba Allotment in the
Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the cent'e:rl1ne of the Santa
Ana Canyon Road as described in the dee'd to the
County of Orange recorded June 7, 1928 in Book 171,
page 144, Official Records, said pOint being 1658.98
feet N 600 22' 55" E from a bolt marking the point
of intersection of a curve, said bolt being approxi-
mately 121 feet easterly along said road from the
west line of said Juan Yorba Allotment; thence N 280
42' 50" W, 1008.07 feet to a point in that certain
"Boundary line as agreed upon by S. Kraemer and
L. W. Kirby between Stations 36 and 38 of the patent
boundaries between the Ranchos Santiago de Santa Ana
and Canon de Santa Ana," as shown on a map filed in
Book 1, page 38 of Record of Surveys~ in the office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence
N 670 54' 30" E along said boundary line 75.08 feet
to an angle point in said boundary line; thence N 750
54' 30" E along said boundary line 187.98 feet to a
point; thence S 270 02' 30" E, 958.14 feet to a
point in the centerline of said Santa Ana Canyon Road,
as described in the deed mentioned above~ said point
being on a curve concave southeasterly and having a
radius of 600.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along
said curve through a central angle of 100 27' 54" an

arc distance of 109.59 feet to a point in a line
tangent; thence S 600 22' 55" W along said tangent
I1ne~ 120.89 feet to the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City' Clerk be, .and
she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the" foreg.o1ng
Grant Deed to be recorded' in the Office of the County Recorder
of Orange County.
