RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 442"
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH DOROTHY A. CLARK TO LEASE
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is purchasing
approximately five acres ot land located on Santa Ana
Canyon Road rrom Mrs. Dorothy A. Clark; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Clark operates a poultry farm on
said land and desires to continue to.do so until December 31,
1975; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Clark desires to lease said land
from the City until December 31, 1975; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that said land 1s
not needed for other public purposes until after December 31,
1975, and desires to lease said land to Mrs. Clark until that
time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interest of the City of Anaheim to enter into said lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement with Mrs. Dorothy A.. Clark to lease certain real
property be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is appro~ed and signed by
me this 19th day of August J 1975.
