RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 441-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH DOROTHY A. CLARK TO
PURCHASE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, Dorothy A. Clark owns .certain real
property located on Santa Ana Canyon Road in the Cfty of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Dorothy A. Clark desires to sell .such
real property; and
WHEREAS J the City of Anaheim desires .to acquire
the real property for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
has determined that it would be in the best. Interest.s of
the City to acquire said real property~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement and promissory note with Dorothy A. Clark to
purchase certain real property on Santa Ana Canyon Road for
municipal purposes be, .and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Cle~k are authorized to execute said agreement and promissory
note for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and s~gned by
