RESOLUTION NO. 75R- . 440
A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF' AN AGREEMENT WITH JAMES G. WILDER TO
PURCHASE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK 'TO' EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, James G. Wilder owns certain real
property located on Santa Ana Canyon Road in the City' ot
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, James G. Wilder desires to sell such
real property; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to acquire
the real property for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City' of Anahelm
has determined that it would be in the best interests 'of
the City to acquire said real property. .
NOW~ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City' Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms 'and conditions 'of an
agreement and promissory note with James G. Wilder to purchase
certain real property on Santa Ana Canyon Road tor municipal
purposes be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City'
Clerk are authorized to execute said agreement and promissory
note for and on behalf of the City of' Anaheim.
