RESOLUTION NO. 75R- "427
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS'
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH TOUPS CORPORATION TO
PREPARE A REPORT ON THE WATER SYSTEM.IN
ANAHEIM AND AUTHORIZING ~E MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, Water Revenue Bonds issued by the 'Ci..ty'
of Anaheim in 1971 require th:e City' to cause' its water
system to be inspected by a consulting engineer on an annual
basis, and to furnish a report of such inspection; and
WHEREAS,' Toups Corporation is experienced and
qualified to render such engi.neering services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement containing the terms and
conditions of employment of said Corporation for the inspec-
tion and report of said water system has been submitted and
is sati.sf"actory to. the 01 ty; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City
to execute said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City. Council
of the City of AnaheIm that the terms and conditions of an
agreement to employ Toups Corporation to inspect the water
system ot the City .and prepare a report of said inspection
be, and the' same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are autho'r1zed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION 1s approve4 and signed by
