RESOLUTION NO. 75R-424
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF A~lAHEIM DE~lYIl\TG VARIAl~CE NO. 2723.
WHEREAS, after a request for variance by Raymond G.
Spehar, owner, was received, a public hearing before the Plannin~
Commission of the City of Anaheim was held upon due and proper no-
tice as a result of which Variance No. 2723 was denied coverinq the
fOllowing described property: -.
All that certain land situated in the State of Cali-
fornia, County of Orange, d~scribed as fol~ows:
That portion of allotments in decree of partition.
of the Rancho Canon de Santa Ana, recorded in Case
No. 1978 of the: 17th Judicial District Cour.t of
California, a certified copy of which was recorded
February 8, 1874 in book 28, page 158 of Deeds in
the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County, California, described as. follow~:
Parcel No.3, as sho~m on, a Map filed in: book 56,
page 2 of Parcel Maps in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California.

an interested party or the City Council on its own motion caused
the review of said Planning Commi~sion action at a public hearin~
noticed and l~ld as nrescribed bv law and as a result thereof,
the City Council doe~ hereby make the followin.g findi.ngs:
1. There is no substantial property right possessed
by other property in the same vicinity and zone
and. denied the sllbj ect :rropert~::,.
2. It appears that the subject property can bel..ade-
quately developed and used. under the pre'sent zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said Variance be, and the same is hereby,
denied.
