RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 422
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND FIXING A DATE FOR
HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
elected to proceed under the provisions of the Public Service
Easement Vacation Law, Title 5, Division 1, Part 1, Chapter 2,
Article 5 of the Government Code (Sec. 50430 et seq.), in con-
nection with a request for vacation and abandonment of a por-
tion of an existing public utility easement located at 955
Ambridge Street, in the City of Anaheim, and more particularly
hereinafter described.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it hereby declares its intention
to vacate, abandon and close to public use said portion of an
existing public utility easement located at. 955 Ambridge Street,
and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
That portion of an existing a-foot public utility
easement to be abandoned, located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, de-
scribed as follows:
The easterly 3 feet of the westerly 8 feet of Lot 3
in Tract No. 4443, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 156, pages 32 and 33, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
and it elects to proceed under the provisions of the Public
Service Easement Vacation Law, Title 5, Division 1, Part 1,
Chapter 2, Article 5 of the Government Code (Sec. 50430 et seq.).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a time and place for hear-
ing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vaca-
tion and abandonment has been fixed on the 26th day of tuaust ,
1975, at 2:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Ch~er in the C ty
Hall in the City of Anaheim. -' .
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the
same to be published in a manner prescribed by law in the
Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
publishe.d and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
