A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPART-
MENT OF HIGHWAY PATROL RELATING TO MOTORCYCLE
TRAINING CLASSES FOR ANAHEIM POLICE OFFICERS
AT THE CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL ACADEMY.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to send certain
officers of the Anaheim Police Department to attend motorcyc J.e
training classes conducted by the State of California, Depart-
ment o.!= H-LghwB.y Patrol at the Cali..fornia Hishway Patrol Academy;
and
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of
Californi.a Highway Patrol i.s willing to furnish such training
services and to allow certain officers of the Anaheim Police
Department to '..lse its Highway Patrol Academy facilities while
attendtng said motorcycle trajnin~ classes; and
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of
