CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREE~mNT

(OVERHEAD ELECTRIC SUPPLY LINE AT 1308
NORTH PATT STREET).
WHEREAS, tile City of Ana11eim llas requested permission
front the i\.tchison, Topeka and Santa ra Railway Company to
construct an overhead electric supply line at 1308 ~orth Patt
Street, and
WHEREAS, tile Atcllison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway has
submitted to the City of Anaheim its "License for Elec"tric Supply
~ine Across or Along Railway Property" which has been reviewed
and has been found to be satisfactory and in the best interest of
the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the compensation sought for said License in 'the
amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) is fair and
reasonable.
l~OW, THEREl'ORE, BE IT HESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of i:~naheim tllat th.e Ivlayor alld City Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Anaheim that certain License for Electric Supply Line
Across or Along Railway Property submitted by the Atchison,
Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to draw a warrant in favor
of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company in the
amount of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) and that the
same be forwarded to the Office of the City Attorney for
transmittal to the A"tchison, 'llopeka and Santa Fe Railway Company.
