RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 403
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AGREEING TO LOAN CERTAIN MONEY TO
THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is engaged in the
redevelopment of Project Area IIAlphall; and
WHEREAS, the activities of the Redevelopment Agency will be
of general benefit to the City of Anaheim and its residents; and
WHEREAS, the Agency may borrow funds from the City of Anaheim
pursuant tp Section 33601 of the Health and Safety Code; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim
to loan such money to the Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the City of Anaheim does hereby agree to advance
the sum of $4,000,000.00 to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency as an
interest-free loan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement
providing for said advance to the Anaheim Redevelopment. Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and slgned by me this
