RESOLUTION NO. 75R- ~Q~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A CONTRACT FOR
THE PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
REPORT BY WESTEC SERVICES ,.. INC.; AND'
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF.
__ WH~REAS ,. the Ci:ty 1s fn need of an Environmental
Inipact Report for the ;F~irmont Bout~vard stre~('t Instal~a.tion
prOject; and. .
WHEREAS, WESTEC Services, Inc., 1s qualified to
prepare such a report; and
WHEREAS, an agr~_ement conta.1n1ng the terms and
conditions of employment of WESTEC Services, Inc., tor the
preparation of the Environmental Impaet Report has been
submitted and is ~atisractory to the'City; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests ~r the p~ty
of "Anaheim to enter into' said agreement. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the .C1t~ of An~e1m that the said a~eement s9b~tted
between WESTEC Services, Inc., and the City of Anaheim be,
and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that. the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed. to
execute s.aid agreement for and on behalf of the C1 ty of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and si'gned by
me this 29th day of July, 1975.
