RESOLUTION N9. 75R-. 395"
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75R-2ll,
NUNC PRO TUNC, BY CORRECTING THE DESCRIPTION
OF THE PROPERTY INVOLVED. (VARIANCE NO. 2684)
WHEREAS, on April 29, 1975, the City "Council passed
Resolution No. 75R-2ll, and through inadvertence" and clerical
error, the legal description of the property therein was
incorrectly described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that
it 1s in the best interests of the City to correct said
Resolution No. 75R-211, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the proper
legal description of the property upon which action was taken.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
ot the City of Anaheim that it amend, and it does hereby, amend
Resolution 75R-2ll, nunc pro tunc, by correcting the legal
description set forth therein to read as follows:
The West half of Lot 10 of Helen and Lynch
Subdivision, of the West half of Section 16,
Townsh1"p 4 South, Range 10 West, of the San
Bernardino Meridian as per map recorded in Book
442, page 158 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles
County, California.
The East half of Lot 10 and the West half of
Lot 9 of Helen & LynCh's Subdivision, as per
map recorded in Book 442, page 158 of Deeds, in
the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County, California.
The East half of Lot 9 of He.len and Lynch's"
addition to Anaheim, in the City ot Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as per
map recorded" in Book 442, page 158 of Deeds,
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
Except a strip 30 feet wide along the East line.
Also a portion of Lot 9 described as tollows:.
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 9;
thence South 880 54' 42" West 239.00 feet a10ng
the North line of said Lot 9 to the true point
of beginning; thence South 00 10' OS" East 142.41
feet along a line parallel to the East line of
Lot 9; th~nce North 880 54' 42" East 73.63 feet;
thence South 00 10' 08" East 91.61 feet to a
pOint ort a curve concave southwesterly for a
radius of 45.00 feet; thence southeasterly along
said curve from a. tangent bearing South 700 10'
12" East an arc distance of 81.33 feet to a
reverse curve having a radius of 45.00 feet, a

00 10' 08" West 310.84 feet to the North line of
said Lot 9; thence along said North .line South
880 54' 42" West 209.06 teet to the "true pOint

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except "to the extent
amended by this Resolution, Resolution No. 75R-211 shall remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is -approved' and signed by
