RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 394
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
MENT OF THAT PORTION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
on the 8th day of July, 1975, by Resolution No. 75R-350, in con-
nection with a request for vacation and abandonment of an exist-
ing public utility easement located in Lot 69, Tract 6809 at the
northwest corner of Annika Street and Ryan Avenue, in the City
of Anaheim, and more fully hereinafter described, set the 29th
day of July, 1975, at 2:30 o'clock P.M. for a public hearing
thereon; and
WHEREAS, on said 29th day of July, 1975, at 2:30
o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the
City of Anaheim, said public hearing was held; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds from the evidence sub-
mitted at said public hearing that that portion of the real
property described herein is unnecessary for present or pro-
spective public utility purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of
the City of Anaheim:
That it finds that said public hearing was properly
held and that all notices were given and publica-
tions made as required by law.
That that portion of the real property toward
which a request for vacation and abandonment was
directed is not necessary for present or prospec-
tive public utility purposes and does hereby
order that said portion, as herein set forth, be
and it is hereby vacated, abandoned and closed to
public use.
That that portion of real property herein ordered
vacated, abandoned and closed to public use is
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, and is more particularly de-
scribed as follows, to wit:
The southerly 5 feet and the easterly 5 feet of
Lot 69 in Tract No. 6809, as shown on a map re-
corded in Book 226, pages 15 through 19, Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
Excepting therefrom the northerly 5 feet of the
easterly 5 feet of said Lot 69.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy

County Recorder of Orange County, California.
