1975-387 ..--.. .~ PESOLUTION NO. 75R-387 ........ n RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PJ~AHEI~! DENYING VARI~TCE NO. 2712. WHEREAS, after a request for variance by ~ohn Lyle Cannon was received, a publio.hearing before the Planning Com- mission of the City of Anaheim was held upon due and proper notice as a result of which Variance No. 2712 was denied cover- ing the following described property: The South half of the Southeast quarter of the South- west quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 ~est, San Bernardino Meridian, in the city of Anaheim, according to the official plat thereof. EXCEPT therefrom, the Westerly 336.00 feet thereof. ALSO EXCEPT therefrom that portion thereof included within the boundary lines of Tract No. 2228, as per map recorded in book 69 pages 34 et seg., of Misc.el- laneous Maps, in the office of the county redorder of said county. ~~so EXCEPT therefrom that portion thereof lying Easterly of the following described line: Beginning at a point in the Souther16 line of said South half, distant thereon South 89 59' 15- West, 160.00 feet from the Southwest corner of the land described in that certain deed to Ted F. Koblitz and wife, recorded November 3, 1947 in book 1594 page 203 of Official Records of said county: thence parallel to the Westerly line of said land of Kob- litz, North 00 09' 30" East to the Southerly line of Tract No. 2228, hereinbefore mentioned in the second Exception, above. WHEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by law, an interested party or the City Council on its own motion caused the review of said Planning Commission action at a pub- lic hearina noticed and held as prescribed by law and, as a result thereof, the City Council does hereby make the follow- ing f inctings : 1. There is no substantial property right possessed by other property in the same vicinity and zone and denied the subject property, 2.
