RESOLUTION NO. 75R-38]
A RESOLUTION OF TilE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAIIElr.i FI~lDING AND DETERMINING TnAT TITLE
18 OF THE ANAHEIl,1 MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
ZONING SHOULD BE AMENDED AND THAT THE BOUND-
ARIES OF CERTAIN ZONES SHOULD BE CHANGED.
miEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim did hold a public hearing in ~classification Pro-
ceedings No. 74-75-35 to consider an amendment to Title 18 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to zoning, " and to consider
a change in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter
mentioned and described, and at said hearing did receive evidence
and reports from persons interested therein and from its staff: .

m"IEREAS, within a period of forty days following said
hearing, the Planning Commission did duly adopt a resolution
containing a report of its findings, a summary of the evidence
presented at said hearing, and a recommendation that the proposed
amendment be adopted by the City Council and that a certain zone
or zones be changed as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings and recommendation of the City
Planninq Commission the City Council did fix the 22nd day of
July, 19 75, and continued to the day of ,
19 , as the-time, and the City Counc11 Chambers in the City
Harr-Qf the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing
upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code, and the exclusion of said property, hereinafter described,
fro~ the zone or zones in which it is now situated and the incor-
poration thereof in the zone or zones hereinafter set forth, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and form provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code: and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard, and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon
consider the summary of evidence presented at said publio hearing
before the Planning Commission, its report of findings and
recommendation; and
liHEREAS, the City Council does find and dete~ine that
~he amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code should
be adopted and that the property hereinafter described should
be excluded from the zone or zones in which it is now situated
and incorporated in the zone or zones as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
be, and the same is hereby, amended and that the following
described property, situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, to wit:

That certain parcel of land located in th.e
County of Ora~ge, State of California, shown
as .Parcel 1 in Parcel Map filed in Book 11,
page 16, in the office of the County Recorder
of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner or said
Parcel 1, said point of beginning being at an
angle point in the existing City limit line
of the City of Anaheim as established by the
La Palma-Rio Vista Annexation to the City of
Anaheim; thence N 00 46' 41" E, 189.12 feet
along a portion of said annexation boundary
line also being the west line of said Parcel 1
to the" northwest corner of sa.id Parcell, said
northwest corner also being the most southerly
point in the White Star-La Palma Annexation
boundary line. to the City of Anaheim, said
point .also being a point in a curve concave
northerly and having a radius of 4,948.00 tee"t,
a radial line bearing S 110 39' 29" W pass"es
through said point; thence leaving said exist-
ing annexation boundaries and fOllowing alo~g
the northerly line, the easterly line and the
southerly line of said Parcel 1 the following
course.s and distances easterly along said
curve through a central angle of 30 16' 26" an
arc distance .of 282.73 feet to the northeast
corner of said Parcell; thence S 70 57' 41" W,
146.42 feet to the southeast corner of said
Parcel 1, said southeast corner being a point
in th.e northerly annexation boundary line of
the aforementioned La Palma-Rio Vista Annexa-
tion to the City of Anaheim; thence N .880 52'
50" W, 260.,71 feet along the south line of
said Parcell, also being a portion of the
existing City limit line of the City of Anaheim,
as established by said La Palma-Rio Vista
Annexation to the point of beginning.

he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to

Municipal Code to accomplish the objects herein found and
determined to be necessary and proper.
