RESOLUTION NO. 75R- ~80
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
MENT OF THAT PORTION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
on the 24th day of June, 1975, declare by Resolution No. 75R-322
its intention to vacate and abandon that portion of abuttor's
rights of access located at the West side of State College
Boulevard, north of Ball Road, in the City of Anaheim, more
fully hereinafter described, and did set the 22nd day of July,
1975, at 2:30 o'clock P.M. for a public hearing thereon; and
WHEREAS, on said 22nd day of July, 1975, at 2:30
o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the
City of Anaheim, said public hearing was held; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds from the evidence sub-
mitted at said public hearing that that portion of the real
property described herein and in said Resolution of Intention
is unnecessary for present or prospective public utility pur-
poses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim:
1.
That it finds that said public hearing was properly
held and that all notices were given and publica-
tions made as required by law.
That that portion of the real property toward which
a request for vacation and abandonment was directed
is not necessary for present or prospective public
utility purposes and does hereby order that said
portion, .as herein set forth, be and it is hereby
vacated, abandoned and closed to public use.
That said portion of real property herein ordered
vacated, abandoned and closed to public use is situ-
ated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, and is more particularly described
as follows, to wit:
That portion of those certain vehicular access rights
to State College Boulevard, located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be
released and/or abandoned, described as follows:
The northerly 30.00 feet of the southerly 161.95 feet
of Parcel One in Parcel MAp No. 174 recorded in Book
27, page 32, Parcel Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County.
The above described access rights to be relinquished
lie within the east line of said Parcel One.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,
and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certi-
fied copy of this Resolution and Order, attested by her under
the seal of the City of Anaheim, to be recorded in the Office
of the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 22nd day of July, 1975.
