RESOLUTION NO. 75R-374
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REAFFIRMING ITS POSITION THAT
INCREASES IN SANITATION CHARGES PERMITTED BY
RESOLUTIONS NOS." 75R-372 and 75R-373 NOT BE
PASSED ON TO THE PUBLIC AS LONG AS THE CITY
SURPLUS FUND CAN ABSORB SAID INCREASE.
WHEREAS, th"e C1 ty Council has approved the 19.75-
1976 City Budget; and
WHEREAS, at the time the City Council approved
the budget the City Co.uncil established the position that
any increases in sanitation charges during said fiscal
ye.ar would not be passed on to the. pUblic but would. be
absorbed by the City Surplus Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to reaffirm this
position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City. Council
of the City of Anaheim that increases in sanitatl.on charges
authorized by Resolutions Nos. 75R- 372 and 75R--373 .not be .
passed on to the public as long as the City Surplus Fund can
absorb said increase.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 22nd day of July, 1975.
