RESOLUTION NO.
75R-368
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74R-520
AND ESTABLISHING A NEW JOB CLASSIFICATION.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff
report dated July 18, 1975 that the new classification of Circulation
Supervisor be created, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 74R-520
which establishes rates for unrepresented job classes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that the creation of this classification is in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the new classification of Circulation Supervisor
be created and allocated to compensation schedule X583 B-E, ($ 873.60-
$1010.53), and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 74R-520 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
22nd day of July , 1915.
