RESOLUTION NO. 75R-364
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AI~AHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCE'EDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
632 AND DECLARING RESOLUTIONS NOS. 64R-928
AND 65R-65 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council did approve Condition-
al Use Permit 'No. 632 on the 15th day of Dec"embe'r, 1964 by
Resolution No. 64R-928 and amended said Res'oluti'on as 'to
the legal description only by Resolution 65R-65 to permit
a service station on the property described therein; and
WHEREAS, the applicant requested the termination
of said Conditional Use Permit No. 632 because of change of
use of said property; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission by
Resolution No. PC 75-143 on June 23, 1975, recommended the
termination of Conditional Use Permit 'No. 632; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and det.ermine
that the need for Conditional Use Permit No. 632 no longer
exists and that it should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit No. 632
be, and the same is hereby, terminated and Res'olutions Nos.
64R-928 and 65R-65 are hereby declared null and void.
