A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE EMPLOY-
MENT OF ROSS DAVIS, AN INDIVIDUAL.
WHEREAS, the Parks, Recreation and the Arts Depart-
ment of the City of Anaheim is in need of the services of a
Community Band Director; and
'~HEREAS, Ross Davi.s, an individual, is qualified to
perform the services of Community Band Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute the
agreement :Eor the temporary employment of Ross Davis as
Community Band Director in accordance with the terms and
condi.tions of that certain agreement submitted herewith.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this lSth day of July, 1975.
