RESOLUTION NO. 75R-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
WITH ARTHUR YOUNG AND COMPANY BY PROVID-
ING FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES TO BE PER-
FORMED AND COMPENSATION THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Arthur Young and
Company entered into an agreement to provide for services
in connection with a financial and management practices Audit
pursuant to Resolution No. 74R-477; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to amend
said agreement by providing for additional services to be
performed and additional compensation therefor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of an Amendment to Agreement between the City of
Anaheim and Arthur Young and Company providing for additional
services to be performed and compensation therefor be, and
the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the M~yor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Amendment to
Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
